Biography of Mr.Javad Kajouyan Fini

On
September 20, 2003, Mr. Javad Kajouyan
Fini arrived in Helsiniki and presented
his credentials to President Tarja Halonen
on November 28, 2003 as Ambassador Extraordinary
and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic
of Iran to the Republic of Finland.
He also is Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic
of Iran to the Republic of Estonia as
non-resident Ambassador.

Prior to becoming
Ambassador Mr. Kajouyan Fini served from 2000 to 2003
as Director of the First Department for the West
of Europe. He has also been member of the Iranian
Delegation in the "Irano-European Union Negotiations"
from 1999 to 2003.
Mr.Kajouyan Fini was from 1995 to
1999 Head of the Mission Embassy of the Islamic
Republic of Iran-Oslo.
From 1993 to 1994 Mr. Kajouyan Fini
served as Deputy Director of the First Department
of the "Commonwealth of Independent states"
(C.I.S.). He was Deputy of the Missions Embassy
of the Islamic Republic of Iran-The Hague in 1990-1993,
Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran-Copenhagen
1989-1990 and Embassy of the Islamic Republic of
Iran-London in 1989.
Mr. Kajouyan Fini served as Deputy
Director of the Department of Publication in
1987. He assumed his diplomatic career at the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs in 1986.
Mr. Kajouyan Fini received B.A. in
International Relations in 1986.
Born in 1959, Ambassador Kajouyan Fini is married
to Fatemeh and they have three children .
